After a short introduction into different interview techniques, the audience will have the opportunity to observe a live interview between the facilitators and a pre-selected student. By observing the interview, the audience will learn more about potential questions and possible “tricky” situations.

During the ensuing feedback and discussion round, the audience will develop a better understanding of:

• How to behave in a first interview and what you should expect.
• Why interviewers ask certain questions and what interviewers are really looking for.
• How to formulate efficient answers using the STAR interviewing method.
• Certain Do’s and Don’ts of being interviewed
